Baranko Bros., Inc. began as a partnership in 1967 doing primarily soil
conservation work The company expanded into the oil field in the 1970's
and was incorporated in 1979. Baranko Bros., Inc. is now owned by Emil
Baranko, who retired in 2000, and his sons, Gregg and Glenn. The company is located in
Dickinson, North Dakota, with yard and shop facilities in Beulah,
North Dakota.

The company has continued to expand into all types of earth work
including; under ground, concrete, material hauling, and installation
of pond liners. We have completed jobs ranging in size from a few
hundred yards to over a million yards. Some of our customers include
the ND. Department of Transportation, ND. Public Service Commission,
Montana-Dakota Utilities, Dakota Gasification Company, Minnkota Power
Cooperative, Basin Electric Power Cooperative, Exxon, Conoco, Falkirk Mine, Great River Energy, and the
US. Forest Service.
Baranko Bros., Inc. employs approximately 50 seasonal employees
Employees are MSHA trained and are randomly and annually tested for drugs and
alcohol. We maintain a regular safety program and are proud of our
safety record.
